In 1960, Mr. Millard F. Smith is The First President of Slickbar Products Corporation. He is one of the expert of Oil Spill Combating equipment in the World.
In 1981, Slickbar Indonesia was appointed as the sole agent of Slickbar Products Corporation in Indonesia for Oil Spill Combating Equipment.
In 1984, Slickbar Indonesia established the first factory in Surabaya, Indonesia to manufacture Oil Spill Combating Equipment. The Factory was inagurated by the State of Manpower & Industry.

In 1996, Slickbar Indonesia established a new manufacturing facility and moved to Delta Silicon I Industrial Area Lippo Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. The Factory was inaugurated by the State Minister of Environmental Affairs Ir. Sarwono Kusumaatmadja..bmp)
